Once we’ve received your booking a confirmation along with a booking reference number will be sent to you via email. Once confirmed the booking will be in line with our terms and confirmation below:
Cancellation of confirmed booking
The client may cancel a confirmed booking on the condition that a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice of the cancellation is given prior to the date of the event. A full refund will be given on any payments made. Bookings cancelled between 2 weeks and 3 days prior to the booking date will be charged 50% of the event charges. Bookings cancelled under 3 days prior will be subject to 100% cancellation charges. Should a Pandemic cause Ashorne Hill to close, as directed by the Government, then no cancellation charges will apply.
