Learning Solutions Team – New Business Sales Executive

Ashorne Hill is looking for a bright, dynamic and ambitious New Business Sales Executive to work as part of a growing sales team. Your attitude, aptitude and dynamism will be the key to success and will be considered above sales and history and experience.

Key responsibilities of the New Business Sales Executive include:

  • Driving new business sales to support the Client Solutions Director in providing qualified first appointments.
  • Developing excellent knowledge of our learning solutions and approach to ensure you have expert knowledge of the learning market sector.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through a variety of sources, including LinkedIn, general research and attendance of events.
  • Full use of CRM to record activity, account management, new business potential and market developments.

Key skills for role:

  • Some experience with the full sales cycle from identifying leads, negotiation and closing deals, to relationship management.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with resilience and tenacity.
  • Experience working with large organisations, CRM, LinkedIn, filling out RFPs.

Own transport is necessary due to location.

Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 /year

Learning Solutions Team – Telesales Research Executive

We’re growing our learning solutions team and are looking for a great research executive. If you are highly self-motivated and have the drive and commitment to succeed in a competitive working environment, backed up by a telesales track record and excellent inter-personal skills, Ashorne Hill would like to hear from you. This is a non call centre environment.

Key responsibilities of the Telesales Research Executive role include:

  • Identify, target and develop new customers
  • Lead generation
  • Networking
  • Support marketing campaigns
  • Assist in new Learning Solutions launches
  • Manage and update the CRM
  • Market Research

Key skills for role:

  • Some experience with new business development and marketing research.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with resilience and tenacity.
  • Some experience working with large organisations and CRM

Own transport is necessary due to location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00 to £22,000.00 /year
