Ashorne Hill runs a learning and organisational development network, as a group for HR and L&OD professionals to share best practice and support each other outside of their workplace.
Creating Growth Through People
Our Learning & Organisational Development Network at Ashorne Hill was started in 2010, and has over one hundred member organisations.
These members share a strong commitment to implementing development programmes for their leadership and management teams, and take full advantage of this opportunity for peer networking and idea sharing.
We host quarterly network meetings with highly interactive discussion on topics and challenges across a range of industry sectors.
Network Events and Forums
With members from a range of industry sectors including automotive, construction, healthcare, retail, hospitality, our network sessions provide a supportive environment for fresh thinking and sharing of best practice amongst senior HR and L&OD Professionals.
