Our early careers programmes follow a 70:20:10 approach, which supports the crossover of learning and practice in the workplace. Learners and participants are supported throughout the programme with our dedicated support team.
- Our apprenticeships benefit from highly experienced facilitators and regional trainer coaches, with scheduled touch-points for action planning and projects.
- Our graduate programmes have highly charged learning activities in and outdoors to merge theory and practice.
- Our first level leader programmes provide a range of tools, techniques and skills to address situations that are experienced within the workplace.
- Our mid level leader programmes recognise the need for skills to work across the organisation, collaboration, influence and implementation being central to this position.

Ashorne Hill is registered as an Apprenticeship Training Provider, and will guide organisations to develop programmes using levy funding. As specialists in Leadership and Management development, we offer Apprenticeship Programmes for Operations or Departmental Managers at Level 5, and Team Leaders or Supervisors at Level 3.
