We provide graduates through to middle managers a series of engaging, goal-orientated interventions that allow them to create new knowledge and to practise key skills and behaviours critical to improving their performance in line with business objectives.
The Ashorne Hill Approach
Our early careers programmes focus on personal and organisational development using a 70:20:10 approach, which supports the crossover of learning and practice in the workplace. Learners and participants are supported throughout the programme with our dedicated support team, highly experienced facilitiators and regional trainer/ coaches, with scheduled touch-points for action planning and projects.

Leadership and Management Apprenticeships
Ashorne Hill is registered as an Apprenticeship Training Provider, and will support organisations in progressing their development programmes using levy funding. As specialists in Leadership and Management development, we offer Apprenticeship Programmes for Operations or Departmental Managers at Level 5, and Team Leaders or Supervisors at Level 3.
