Creating Growth Through People
From personal insight to insight into others, from communicating one-to-one to influencing many, from working independently to working in a team, and from managing tasks to managing relationships, our programmes have the flexibility to develop skills with relevance to your organisation.
This means your organisation’s language, your situations, your challenges and your culture. This is the bedrock of a successful career.
The Ashorne Hill Approach
Our early careers programmes follow a 70:20:10 approach, which supports the crossover of learning and practice in the workplace. Learners and participants are supported throughout the programme with our dedicated support team.
- Our apprenticeships benefit from highly experienced facilitators and regional trainer coaches, with scheduled touch-points for action planning and projects.
- Our graduate programmes have highly charged learning activities in and outdoors to merge theory and practice.
- Our first level leader programmes provide a range of tools, techniques and skills to address situations that are experienced within the workplace.
- Our mid level leader programmes recognise the need for skills to work across the organisation, collaboration, influence and implementation being central to this position.
Ashorne Hill’s early career programmes incorporate:
Our business-focused approach, aligned with organisational context, priority goals and strategic objectives
Our blended learning capability, offering a comprehensive and innovative learning solution with advanced digital capability and expertise under one roof
