Future Conference Credit

Introduction

In light of the Covid-19 Pandemic, many customers are concerned about booking meetings, training, and conferences due to the uncertainty of local or national restrictions that could be brought into force at very short notice.  The financial impact of cancelling an event at short notice could leave the customer with a bill of up to 100% with nothing to show for it.

At Ashorne Hill we have listened and reacted to customer concerns regarding cancellation charges by introducing a new market leading concept called Future Conference Credit (FCC).  It is not mandatory to select the FCC option and customers can retain the normal Terms and Conditions, but we think that the benefits make it an attractive solution.

The Benefits

Bookings made under this scheme may cancel up to 5 working days before the event with the option to either:-

  1. Use the amount paid as a draw down credit against a maximum of 3 smaller events to take place before 31st December 2021. The rates for these events will be the best available rates. Any outstanding credit after this time will be lost and is non-refundable.
  2. Reschedule the exact event booking to take place before 31st December 2021. For a rescheduled booking Ashorne Hill will protect the original prices.

Notes

  1. The FCC is non-transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  2. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of the request.
  3. Cancellation can be for any reason, not specifically Covid-19 related.
  4. If not used before the 31 December 2021, the FCC will automatically expire and have no cash value.
