With the launch of our new menus, Executive Head Chef Stuart Anderson, has looked to produce low fat, low salt and low sugar options that still be burst with flavour. The high balanced menu aims to maximise delegate’s wellbeing and output for the day, keeping your team recharged and energised to promote maximum output throughout the day.
Of course special diets are catered for as well with a wide choice of vegetarian or vegan options available at every meal. Private dining is on offer and choices can be made from an imaginative selection of menus. Our Executive Head Chef is happy to discuss specific requirements for fine dining. During the Summer months we can also cater for BBQs on our terrace, with a choice of menu and drinks offering you can tailor your package to suite your guests.
