The apprenticeship levy is a government initiative introduced in 2017, designed to boost workplace learning through apprenticeships.  No longer just for school leavers, organisations now have an opportunity to up-skill their existing teams through apprenticeship standards, developing knowledge and behaviours which will help performance in their current and future roles.

As a registered training provider, we help employers to maximise their leadership and management capability using their apprenticeship levy funding.  Our Leadership and Management Apprenticeship programmes have been created with world class digital content, excellent business mentor and line-manager support, and engaging facilitated interactions throughout the programme, which deliver immediate benefits to the participants and ongoing performance improvements for the business.

We’re proud to be working with Tarmac who are just commencing their third cohort of managers on the Level 3 programme for first time managers.

Customer Service Manager Tracey, who has just completed her final workshop on the leadership and management apprenticeship programme, comments “It’s been really enjoyable learning something that I can put into practice on a day to day basis. It’s definitely helped my management style.”

Congratulations as well to Morgan Sindall managers who have all successfully passed their ILM Level 3 exams, and a warm welcome to all our new participants who are just embarking on their apprenticeship journey with clients Prodrive, Baxi and Brady Corporation.
