Ashorne Hill's Video Conferencing suite is available for bookings by the hour, half day or full day. The dedicated suite is geared towards meetings of between 2 and 8 people; however larger video conferencing meetings can also be catered for by using a larger meeting room with a projector and pull down screen. 

The most obvious advantage of using video conferencing is the significant savings available, both in time and travel costs. A video conferencing meeting can be set up in advance by our in-house technical support team, so there is no time wasted when you arrive to begin your meeting.

The application of video conferencing covers a number of areas including long distance interviews, board meetings, presentations and overseas communications. It can also be used for collaboration between remotely located offices.

Our video conferencing system offers stunning tele-presence quality video communication - true 1280 x 720 video resolution at 30 frames per second - over existing broadband networks with as little as 1Mbps of bandwidth.
