Ashorne Hill offers a choice of relaxing or active leisure facilities. For those who wish to relax we have plentiful seating in either the Great Hall or Concourse. Dexter's bar has a welcoming feel to it and provides a range of activities to suit all tastes from pool to interactive sports games.

For the more active we have:

• Tennis courts- Please contact reception they will provide you with access to the courts and equipment on loan if needed.
• Squash courts- Please contact reception to book a time slot during which you would like to use the court and your delegate card will let you into the court. If you would like to borrow some equipment this is available at reception on loan.
• Hydro Pool- Opening hours 0600-2200. For use of the pool you will have to contact reception to book a time to access it, they will provide you with a separate key card just for the pool area. A Hydro pool is an endless pool designed to provide aquatic exercise. The pool provides a constant adjustable current for the swimmer to swim against, creating a water workout to suit everyone. The adjustable level of difficulty makes an endless pool suitable for people at all levels of swimming ability.
• Sauna- Opening hours: 08.00-14.30 and 1700-22.00. To access the sauna you will need to contact reception and they will provide you with a separate key card. They will also provide you with a gold token which will allow the sauna to heat up - full instructions are provided within the room. 
• Football pitch/ croquet lawn - please contact reception to book a time slot in which you would like to use the facility. Footballs are available on loan.
• Fitness centre- The fitness centre is open all hours; you can access this by using your delegate card.
• Changing rooms- There are separate men's and women's changing facilities with showers. Disabled changing facilities are also available and include a wet room. Towels are provided, along with lockers to keep your valuables safe (£1 coin is required). You will need a code to access the room: this code you can find out from reception.

If this is too active, then why not enjoy a relaxing walk in our extensive grounds and surrounding woodland or adjourn to the Great Hall to read one of the daily newspapers.
