Our hospitality services team work together to enhance your experience at Ashorne Hill and take pride in their work.

Ashorne Hill is known for its homemade biscuits and cakes which are particularly sought after items at exhibitions and the like! However, being a learning environment we do think about brain stimulus and also provide healthy alternative food and drink for all guests.

Our innovative, award winning chefs offer choice and variety from an international menu, all freshly prepared using seasonal local produce wherever possible. Special diets are catered for and at least one vegetarian option is always available. Private dining is on offer and choices can be made from an imaginative selection of menus. Our Head Chef is happy to discuss specific requirements for fine dining.

Our recent refurbishments have transformed our dining room into a welcoming space perfect for dining, private functions and weddings.

The space includes a mezzanine level and a floor to ceiling glass wall showcasing the beautiful Warwickshire countryside.  The extension now enables Ashorne to seat around 200 guests. The mezzanine level gives added flexibility for an alternative dining experience, for the hundreds of delegates that pass through the doors each week.

Meal times

Monday to Friday - Breakfast 0700-0830, Lunch 1200-1330, Dinner 1900-2030

Sunday Arrivals- Dinner will need to be pre-booked and is available between 19.00 hrs and 21.00 hrs.

Working Lunch

Ashorne can provide a working lunch if required in seven of our meeting rooms; Chesterton, Charlecote, Octagon, Walton, Harbury, Sherbourne and Newbold. This offer falls within the standard day delegate price package.

Private dining

Ashorne can offer private dining if requested in two of our smaller dining rooms. This can be arranged at an extra cost of £5 per person with a set private dining menu; or alternatively there is the option of hiring a smaller dining room at a fee of £200 with the full range of menu choices that are available that evening.
