This is your chance to experience our award-winning management development programme and acquire a range of skills that will enhance your effectiveness. If you wish, you can also gain nationally recognised certification. The course is aimed at first time managers and supervisors, and experienced managers who would like to improve their management skills and the performance of their teams. This course is presented as two 3-day modules, Part A and Part B, with a period of 6-8 weeks between each module.
