Are good sales people born or made? Whilst there is no doubt
that some people are 'naturals', we believe that there are key,
practical skills, that can be learned, which can enhance anyone's
effectiveness in a sales situation. Asking the right questions,
building rapport and having the courage to ask for an order are
just some of these skills. The course is primarily designed for
new, prospective or existing sales people who need an understanding
of the sales process and the skills to be able to sell with
confidence, enthusiasm and effectiveness.
