All our programme directors and lead training consultants and facilitators have extensive previous business management experience - which they use to help participants make the link between their work place and the learning they acquire. Our programme operations and administration team has extensive experience in providing learning support services to manage pre- and post-programme communications, prepare detailed learning materials, and compile programme evaluation and feedback reports. Their operational management expertise includes the administration processes for assignment submission, marking and assessment, external verification and certification associated with programme accreditation by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

As a result we continue to build long-term partnerships with our major clients including Tata Steel, Jaguar Land Rover, Yorkshire Housing, Ramsay Healthcare, Safran/Aircelle and Aggregate Industries.

In December 2009 we won a National Training Partnership Award for our Health & Safety Behaviours programme with Tata Steel, and an Employer/Provider Partnership National Training Award in December 2006 for our successful First-Line Management development programme with DHL (see Case Studies).
